The end of the geothermal network construction in the Podhale region is expected in 2005. Apart from the heating grid, it is also necessary to introduce widespread usage of geothermal energy in a wide variety of temperatures, i.e. in recreation and balneotherapy. Therefore, a complex of basins is currently being built in Zakopane, also other local cities are interested in building centres with such facilities.  . . .
