. . .  the Company may participate, through companies wherein the company holds a share of less than 50% of equity capital, in activities relating to geothermal energy, being allowed for such purposes, to file applications for concessions, participate in tenders, provide any type of services to holders of concessions for carrying out the geothermal energy exploration and exploitation activities, and in general, carry out any industrial and commercial operations relating to the exploration and exploitation of such energy.
