We concern ourselves more with policy than investment projects per se. One project example is the Strategic Renewable Energy Partnership Program here in Mexico.. The Strategic Renewable Energy Partnership will create a financial mechanism that offers concessional tariff support — for energy, not capital investment — on a competitive and declining basis.
